Our Care Providers are always working on solutions. Maybe the employee’s choices bring a difficult situation or season into his or her life. Or someone else’s bad decision has perhaps impacted them. Sometimes life is just life. It can be full of challenging times, whether they are comprised of small or nagging problems, an obvious crisis, or anything in between.

  • Confidentiality: Confidentiality is vital in developing trust and assuring that, aside from (1) a threat of violence, or (2) child abuse, everything shared goes nowhere else.

  • Permission: Everything REC does is done with permission only. Each employee’s participation in the program is completely voluntary.

  • Respect: Every person is foundationally worthy of care.
