Obstacles and Opportunities.

Your employees are the bread and butter of the organization. They are the reason we show up for work. They are vital, they are special, they are worthy of service.

But how do our services for them work?

Simply and proactively, it begins with trust being earned each week…

Each week, the Employee Care Provider will be made available to visit each and every employee at your workplace, performing rounds. The Provider does not establish an office and wait for people to muster up the courage to come by and visit.  We meet your people where they are.  During these weekly rounds, the Provider will take a few minutes of time, with the employee’s permission, to get to know them and build a relationship.  The employee and Provider begin to walk this life journey together.  Often, this is where the drip-drip-drips of life are shared, acknowledged, and solutions introduced, accordingly.

…and leads to comprehensive care available around the clock.

By getting to know each other, the Care Provider and the employee establish a relationship based on trust. And life plays out. Sometimes the biggies hit. Perhaps it is a result of poor decision-making, whether on the giving or receiving side of that equation. Perhaps it is just life.  Either way, the Provider is ready to help, available 24/7/365, well-equipped and richly-experienced to stand with an employee or their family member and serve. Through this, our Providers find themselves assisting in situations such as:

  • Stress management
  • Conflict resolution
  • Relationship issues
  • Addiction problems
  • Family challenges
  • Hospital and hospice visitation
  • Death and dying matters
  • Jail visitation
  • Court appearances and support

  • Guidance in finding churches and ministries
  • Budgeting matters
